Our Cancellation Policy

TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS,

Gold Coast Beauty & Spray Tanning requires 24 HOURS NOTICE for all cancellations. For cancellations that are made under the 24 hour period, clients are expected to reschedule their appointment. If this is not possible a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price must be paid. You will be sent a text message the day before your booking for you to confirm your appointment, to reschedule or to cancel.

At Gold Coast Beauty & Spray Tanning we understand that certain factors can be out of our control, like sickness. If this is the case, please inform Gold Coast Beauty & Spray Tanning that you are unable to make your appointment & we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

When you book an appointment at Gold Coast Beauty & Spray Tanning, unlike other salons, we set that time aside just for YOU. We often turn away other clients that are desperate for an appointment because we are fully booked. If you cancel with late notice it inconveniences the many other clients that are on a waiting list to get in.

We value all of our clients & their time, as we know you value ours, & we appreciate your understanding in this.
